Meet Our World Class Trainers

Cara Bates

trainer

“I’ve been a trainer for 4 years. What I love most about it is all the different people I get to meet and help that all have the same thing in common: to be stronger, healthier, and happier. My specialty is helping women find their love for weight lifting and building strength.”

Cara enjoys powerlifting, reading, and being a student.

One fun fact about Cara is that the first time she ever did a bicep workout, she was so sore she couldn’t extend her arm for 5 days, thought it was broken, and almost had Nick take her to the hospital.

Chris Gallegos

trainer

“I’ve been a trainer for 2.5 years. I started off coaching a conditioning class part time before I decided to pursue training full time. I specialize in Strength & Conditioning as well as fat loss.”

He enjoy working on cars, spending time with his kids and is a heavyweight Strongman Competitor.

One fun fact about Chris is that Fantasy by Mariah Carey is his go to song when he trains and competes.

Joey Gallegos

trainer

“I have been a personal trainer for 3 years. My fitness background has consisted of competitive sports for 15+ years and has shifted to competitive powerlifting. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, one on one and small groups.”

Joey enjoys spending time with his dogs, snowboarding, and doing anything at the beach.

One fun fact about Joey is that he was in a boys hip hop group when he was younger.

Jenn Olague

trainer

Jen has been a trainer for three and a half years. She fell into the fitness industry after realizing how movement can heal your body. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that left her in a constant state of pain and exhaustion. Feeling trapped in her own body, working out was the only way to move the pain out of her body. So she apprehensively joined a gym. Her body began to heal. She hired a trainer, got stronger and saw the immense impact fitness had on her life. That’s where the fire ignited. “I wanted to share what I had learned. I wanted to help others. So I jumped into the fitness industry head first and I became a personal trainer. I pride myself in my passion and understanding of the body.”

In her free time Jenn likes spending time with family, reading and going on hikes.

Fun fact: Jenn has been on three game shows.
